
This is a collection of essays and observations about issues related to healthy thinking and finding hope in life. It is the follow-up to Happy Tuesdays, my first book. For several years I have sent out weekly inspirational messages and words of encouragement. Now the weekly messages are avaiable in this, the second volume. It is a journal of my struggles and triumphs while living with bipolar disorder and the challenges I've faced.
